I have been a proud resident of Glenmary for the past 10 years and truly value the sense of community we share here. I chose Glenmary because of its welcoming atmosphere and the wonderful neighbors who make it such a special place to call home.
Professionally, I bring over 30 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, and contract negotiations, including my current role as Senior Purchasing Analyst for a global aerospace manufacturer. I have been responsible for managing over $70 million in raw materials, negotiating supplier contracts that saved my company more than $600,000 annually, and ensuring efficient operations through strong forecasting and vendor relationships. These experiences have taught me the importance of transparency, accountability, and careful financial stewardship — skills that I believe will directly benefit our HOA.
If elected, my priorities will be:
Transparency: making sure residents have timely access to HOA decisions, documents,
and financial updates.
Community: encouraging more events and opportunities for neighbors to connect. I would like to see the return of Halloween and Christmas decorating contests, along with
other holiday celebrations. I would also like to re-explore the possibility of food truck nights and even look into creating a community garden on the greenspace purchased by the neighborhood.
Involvement: opening doors for more residents to participate in committees and projects, because our neighborhood belongs to all of us.
