My name is Nick Brunner, and I’ve been a proud resident of Glenmary since March 2021. I’m writing to express my interest in serving on the HOA Board in the upcoming fall election.
One of the things I value most about Glenmary is the strong sense of community we share. I enjoy spending time with my neighbors and appreciate how this neighborhood provides such a positive environment for my kids to grow up in, surrounded by other families. It’s important to me that Glenmary continues to be a safe, welcoming, and connected place for all residents.
I bring with me several years of leadership experience from my time at UPS, where I had the opportunity to lead teams, solve problems, and ensure operations ran smoothly. Those experiences taught me the importance of accountability, transparency, and teamwork — qualities I believe are just as critical in serving a neighborhood community. Currently, I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Leadership at Northwood University, with the goal of
moving into the compliance field. This education is strengthening my knowledge of governance, fairness, and ethical decision-making — all skills that would benefit our HOA.
I believe in transparency and open communication, and I want to ensure that residents feel informed and included in the decisions that affect our neighborhood. I’m also committed to protecting the character of Glenmary, including making sure that land belonging to Glenmary continues to remain part of our community and is used in ways that benefit residents.
I’ve been encouraged by the efforts of the newly elected board members who are working hard to improve our neighborhood. My goal is to support and build on that momentum by contributing my time and energy to further strengthen our community.
Thank you for your consideration. I would be honored to serve Glenmary and work alongside those dedicated to its continued success.
